Dear Eastwest Investors:
We’re excited to share with you progress made by the EastWest team for our company EastWest and its’ family of Brands which combined are dedicated to bringing the amazing benefits of hemp to consumers around the world.
It’s been two years, but there have been many amazing accomplishments. As with any startup, there have been many ups and downs, but the team has worked tirelessly to bring us to the strong point we are at today, and we’re pleased to begin sharing the news and events with you.
In this inaugural letter, we are pleased to introduce you to Darrell Woronchak, a professional investor relations communicator. His role in the team is to interact with the investors, enabling them to understand the current position of the company, the historical directions it has taken and the steps now anticipated to move the company forward to meet its’ aggressive business objectives.
In the future, expect regular news releases that will keep you up-to-date on the progress in ways that are clear and meaningful. There is a lot to report from operations past, present and future.
We are happy to announce the Letter of Intent for EastWest’s merger with Harbour Star Capital. You can find the official news release by clicking the link here.
Harbour Star is a TSX-V listed company that is excited about our global vision and mission for hemp and hemp products. This puts EastWest’s public listing within a definable timeframe, something we can all look forward to.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation the past quiet months. We hope to now provide you all with the important information necessary to provide you the assurance we are working hard to keep your investments safe and keep the company moving forward. We are personally thrilled with the Company’s progress to date.
