EastWest Announces Change of Directors

VANCOUVER, BC / December 11, 2018 / EastWestBioscience (formerly HarbourStar Capital Inc.) (the “Company” or”EastWest“) (TSXV: EAST) announces that Mr. Mohammad Fazil has resigned as a director effectiveas of December 4, 2018, the Company wishes to thank Mr. Fazil for his years ofservice to Harbour Star Capital Inc. and assistance following completion of the qualifying transaction, asset out in the press release issued by the Company on July 23, 2018.

The Board of Directors of EastWest is now comprised of Rodney Gelineau, Scott Reeves, Douglas Horne and Nathan Lidder.
